Developers are unable to issue a refund for Apple iTunes subscriptions.

Android app

As all purchases made in the Android app are handled by Google Play and are regulated by their policies, you should send your refund request directly to Google Support.

Note, you might have several Google Play accounts. You need to log in to the one that you used to buy a subscription to cancel it.

HUAWEI app

Developers are unable to issue a refund for subscriptions from HUAWEI AppGallery.

You can request a refund by contacting the support team of HUAWEI AppGallery.

Note: You might be logged into a different Huawei ID than the one you used to subscribe to. Make sure you're using the same Huawei ID and go through the steps in the article again.
