Forgot your password? Follow these instructions:
Open the UG homepage and click LOG IN.
Click Forgot in the password field.
Enter the email address associated with your UG account.
Click Send reset instruction.
Check your email inbox and follow the instructions from the email (we suggest you check your spam or junk folder for the email coming from [email protected]). It can take up to one minute to deliver an email.
Note:
You can change your email or password here. You must be logged into the website to do it.
It is possible to reset your password only if you are NOT logged in. If you are logged in - use the incognito mode.
If you don't remember your email for a password reset or the email for your account is not used anymore, then you should directly contact our Support team at [email protected].
Important! Don't forget to provide us with the username and email for your Ultimate Guitar account and any other information that can help us to identify you as the account holder.
