If you wish to request a refund for your subscription, please follow these steps:
Cancel your subscription
Before requesting a refund, make sure to cancel your subscription through the respective platform where you initially subscribed (e.g., Play Store, AppGallery Store, or iOS App Store)

Receive cancellation confirmation
After canceling your subscription, you will receive a cancellation confirmation from Ultimate Guitar.
Request a refund
To initiate the refund process for a subscription started on the website, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]. Provide them with the necessary details: account username, account linked email and purchase receipt about your subscription and the cancellation confirmation.
If the subscription was purchased on the Ultimate Guitar website, but you can’t find your receipt, the required information depends on the payment method.
If you used a credit or debit card on the website as a payment method:
Please provide:
• the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used for the purchase
• the amount charged
• the date of the latest charge
Note: All information we request from you is handled securely and used solely for the purpose of verifying your purchase and assisting with your request.
If you used a PayPal account on the website as a payment method:
Please provide:
• PayPal Transaction ID or invoice ID (UGPXXXXXXXXX) from your latest PayPal receipt. You can find these details in your PayPal transaction history use this guide
Note: SMS notifications, bank statements or your history of purchases from your bank can not be accepted as proof of purchase, as they do not contain sufficient transaction details.
