[Android] Forgot your password or username on Ultimate Guitar? Here's how to restore it

To reset your password:

  1. Open the Tabs app.

  2. Navigate to the Account section.

  3. Tap Log in.

  4. Tap Forgot?.

  5. Enter your UG account email address and tap Reset.

Check your email inbox and follow the instructions from the email (we suggest you check your spam or junk folder for an email coming from [email protected]).

Note: Purchasing a subscription does not create an Ultimate Guitar account for your automatically. Your subscription is attached to your Google Play account and UG account should be registered in the app.
