[Android] How to restore forgotten password or username on Ultimate Guitar?

To reset your password:

  1. Open the UG app.

  2. Navigate to the Profile section (upper right corner of your screen).

  3. Tap "Log in"

  4. Tap "Forgot?"

  5. Enter your UG account email address and tap "Reset"

Check your inbox and follow the instructions in the email (we suggest checking your spam or junk folder for an email from [email protected]).

Note: Purchasing a subscription does not create an Ultimate Guitar account for you automatically. Your subscription is attached to your Google Play account, and your UG account should be registered in the app.
