Right now, to change your username, you should:
Create a new account using the "Continue with the email" option.
Contact us at [email protected] with the old and new accounts' usernames and emails.
For security verification, we need confirmation that you are the original owner of the old account. If you have a subscription (active or cancelled) or purchases under the original account, please provide your receipt(s) or contact us from the email address linked to your old account;
We'll transfer your Pro subscription and Favorites to your new account and delete the old one.
Note: Playlists and shots can't be transferred to the new account.
