[Android] What to do if I purchased subscription, but forgot the username?

If you were logged out of your account when you purchased a subscription, it got attached to your device.

In this case, you need to create an account manually:

  1. Navigate to the Profile section (upper right corner of your screen).

  2. Tap Sign up

  1. Tap Restore purchases

This way your subscription and tabs will be attached to your UG account and you won't lose them.

Wrong account

If you purchased a subscription, but the app doesn't recognize it, please make sure you log in to your Pro account.

Try all the emails that you might have used to create a UG account. The Forgot? option might be of help here.

Forgot password

To reset your password:

  1. Go to Account.

  2. Tap Log in.

  3. Tap Forgot.

4. Enter your UG account email and tap Reset password.

5. Check your email and follow the instructions from [email protected].
