Most likely, you've logged into the wrong account.
If you purchased a subscription but the UG app or website doesn't recognize it, please make sure you log in to your primary Pro account. You might be logged in to the wrong account or not logged in at all.
Please be careful when logging into your account — make sure to tap Log In, not Sign Up. If you tap Sign Up, a new account will be created, and it won’t have access to your existing subscriptions.
To regain access to your account, please log out of your current account and log in with an account linked to your original email.
Tap on your Profile
Go to Settings (gear icon)
Scroll down to Sign out
Now you just need to log into your original account using your username and email.
Reactivate a previous subscription
If you once purchased a Pro subscription in our Android app, but then canceled it, you can reactivate it:
Note: You should log in to your account before you restore your subscription. Otherwise, it'll get attached to the device you're restoring it on, and you won't be able to use it on multiple devices.
One-device subscription
As mentioned before, if you're logged out of your account when you purchase a subscription in the Android app, it's attached to your device and you can't use it on other devices or on our website.
Restore purchase in Profile also allows you to link your Android subscription to your account.
