If you would like to request a refund, the process depends on where the subscription was purchased. Please follow the instructions for the platform used to start your subscription.
iOS app subscription (Apple App Store)
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed and billed by Apple. As a result, Ultimate Guitar is unable to issue refunds for these purchases, and refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

Android app subscription (Google Play)
Subscriptions purchased through the Android app are processed and billed by Google Play. As a result, Ultimate Guitar is unable to issue refunds for these purchases, and refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play.
• Subscription cancellation can be managed in your Google Play account settings.
• Refund requests can be submitted by following the instructions in the official Google Play Help guide.

HUAWEI AppGallery subscription
Subscriptions purchased through HUAWEI AppGallery are processed and billed by Huawei. As a result, Ultimate Guitar is unable to issue refunds for these purchases, and refund requests must be submitted directly to Huawei.
• Subscription cancellation can be managed in your Huawei ID account setting
• Refund requests should be submitted through HUAWEI AppGallery support

Website subscription
If your subscription was purchased directly on the Ultimate Guitar website:
• Turn off auto-renewal for your subscription
• After canceling, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email
• Contact our support team at [email protected] to submit your refund request. For more information about refund conditions, please review our Terms of Service.
What info do you need to provide to the support team to request a refund?
When submitting a refund request, please include your premium account username and receipt (not a bank statement) so the purchase can be located and verified. Providing this information is required for the support team to locate your purchase and review your refund request.
To find your username and account email:
• Open the Ultimate Guitar app
• Tap the profile icon
• Under your profile picture, you will see your username and email address
You can also check this information in your account settings:
• Tap profile
• Open settings
• Go to account Information
• Your username and email address will be displayed there

• After logging in, your username appears on the left side of the page
• Click your username to open your profile page, where your username is displayed
To find the email linked to your account:
• Open settings
• Select email
• The email address connected to your account will be shown there
