The steps you take to cancel your subscription depend on the platform you used to subscribe: our website, iOS, Android or HUAWEI app.
Website
Option 1:
Log in to your UG account on the website (use desktop version).
Click Subscriptions.
Choose the subscription your would like to manage (Pro or Courses) -> Manage.
Click on the Turn off auto-renewal button or the Cancel trial and benefits button (depending on your plan).
In the next step, you should confirm it by clicking on the Turn off auto-renewal button or the Cancel trial and benefits button.
Done
Option 2:
Log in to your UG account on the website (use desktop version).
Click Subscriptions.
Choose the subscription your would like to manage (Pro or Courses) -> Manage/Details.
Click on manage your subscription.
In the next step, you should choose your subscription plan or switch your subscription to a monthly plan (available only for annual subscriptions).
In the next step, choose a reason.
The next step allows you to pause your subscription for 1 month. In this case, your subscription will be resumed after one free month.
If you changed your mind, click on "Stay subscribed".
If you want to continue a cancellation process, click on "I don't need free access" and tap on "Send cancellation request".
Check your email for confirmation of canceling your subscription.

Note, you won't find any active subscriptions in the "Subscription" section in the side menu if you're using a free account. In this case, you need to go to Settings → Logout → Log in to the right Pro/Courses account.
iOS app
Developers are unable to cancel Apple iTunes subscriptions.
You should use this official article from Apple to cancel.
Note, you might be logged into a different Apple ID than the one you've subscribed with. Make sure you're using the same Apple ID and go through the steps in the article again.
Android app
As all payments in Android are handled by Google Play, you should send a request to cancel your subscription directly to Google Support.
This article should help you cancel your subscription via the Google Play account.
Note, you might have several Google Play accounts. But you need to log in to the one that you used to buy a subscription to cancel it.
