Using Your Ultimate Guitar Can I use my subscription on several devices?

Ultimate Guitar provides a flexible cross-platform experience, allowing you to use your subscription on different devices and platforms. Whether you purchased your subscription through the iOS or Android app, or directly on our website, you can access it seamlessly across all supported platforms.

To get started, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the account associated with your subscription.

  2. If you originally signed up using Google, Facebook, or Apple, please continue using the same log-in method to access your account.

What if you can’t log in?

In some cases, you may have been logged out of your account when purchasing a subscription through the iOS or Android app, which may cause the subscription to become linked to that specific device. In this situation, the subscription may only be accessible on that device.

To make your subscription available across platforms and accessible on all your devices, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Navigate to the Profile section (upper right corner of your screen).

  3. Select "Sign up" or use the Log in option with the created previous account.

  4. Tap the "Restore purchases" button.
