If you're new to the UG app and excited to begin your journey, here's a straightforward guide to help you kick things off:
Open the UG app: Find the app on your device and open it.
Personalization Tour: Upon opening the app, you may be greeted with a personalization tour. If the tour has appeared for you, please go through it. This tour is designed to help our development team better understand which direction to take the product in, while also introducing you to paid features that may help you in your musical journey.
If you're a new user and don’t have a UG account yet, you should create one because using the app without one, you won't be able to use the vast majority of available functionality. You can do this using one of the following options:
Sign up with your email address.
Sign up using your Google account.
Sign up with your Facebook account.
Sign up with your Apple ID (for iOS users).
Important: if you already have an account that you use through the website, please do NOT register a new account using the Sign up option in the UG application. You just need to Log in with your existing account credentials in the app. To do this, select Sign In or Log In.
If you swiped the Sign In/Log in screen, in order to continue using the app with your UG account
Go to your Profile section
Tap the Log In button
Log in to your account using your registered account credentials.

Register a new account (how to register an account)
Select a subscription plan that suits your needs. This choice determines the features and content you can access in the app.
Note: The initial tour is a quick and easy process to set up your account.
Accessing your account on another device
If you already have an active account and want to use it on a different device. Getting access to another device is very easy. Just follow the same steps described in step 3 to log in to your existing account.
Important: Do not use the Sign up option. This option creates a new account.
Signing out of your account
To sign out of your current account, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Profile section (upper right corner of your screen).
Tap the Settings icon (typically represented by a gear or cog).
Select "Sign out" from the available options.
