All of this data is linked to your account, not your device. In other words, if you reinstall the app, all your information will remain saved in your account, and you won’t need to take any extra steps. Your subscription will not be deleted.

Important: DO NOT delete your UG account, as all the data is linked to your UG account.

The deleted UG account and it’s data can’t be restored technically.

After reinstalling the app, you’ll just need to log back into your account to access your saved data and subscription(s):

Complete the tour and skip the subscription offer

Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner

Tap Log In (NOT Sign Up - this option register a new account)

Log in using your credentials or social account

Important: a few things will be removed during reinstallation:

Realistic Sound packs will be deleted and will need to be downloaded again.

Your settings (transposition settings, speed settings, selected instruments, playback preferences, etc.) will be reset to default.
