Access the tab submission page
Go to www.ultimate-guitar.com
Click the Publish Tab button to open the tab editor
Write your tab in the editor
Add relevant information such as artist name, song title, tuning, and other metadata
Save as Personal: Your tab will be saved to your account for personal use and marked with a human icon
After you save your tab as personal for the first time, a pop-up window will appear. This window allows you to submit your tab for public view.
When you submit, your tab will be sent to the moderators for review
Moderators will check the tab for accuracy, completeness, and formatting
Once approved, your tab will become publicly visible in the Ultimate Guitar catalog
Note:Once a tab has been made Public, this action is permanent and cannot be reverted to Personal.
Note:If you don’t have an Ultimate Guitar account, it’s strongly recommended to register before creating tabs. This way you won't lose your Personal tabs and ensures that your personal tabs are saved securely and won’t be lost.
