Currently, this option is available only for credit cards.
In order to change your credit card info you need to:
1. Log in here: https://www.ultimate-guitar.com
2. Go to settings https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/user/subscriptions
3. Click on the Subscription where you want to update your credit card info.
4. Use "Change payment method"
5. Enter your new Credit card info.
