Why is my Tab listed under “Unregistered” on Ultimate Guitar?

This usually happens if you were not logged in at the time of submission or if your browser had cookies disabled. In such cases, the system cannot properly recognize your session, and the tab is attributed to an “Unregistered” user.

To avoid this, please make sure you are logged into your account and that your browser allows cookies from Ultimate Guitar.

It’s also possible that your account was deleted. In this case, it cannot be restored.

However, we’ll do our best to assist you if you contact support and provide the exact username of the deleted account, your new username, and proof of ownership (such as subscription receipts or confirmation emails from UG showing exactly your tab was approved).
