How to create tabs:
On the website.
In the mobile app: Open the Ultimate Guitar app → go to My tabs → tap the Publish Tab icon.
How to submit your first tab?
Here are the 5 easy steps to submit your first tab:
Pick a song that isn’t already in our tabs and chords catalog. You can browse the Most wanted tabs list or Tab requests on the UG forum.
Choose the tab format you want to submit (Chords, Guitar Pro, Text Tab, etc.) and follow the Ultimate Guitar tablature guide to ensure proper formatting.
Submit your tab using the submission form on the Ultimate Guitar website or app.
Wait for approval, this usually takes 1–2 days. If your tab is rejected, the UG Tab Moderators will provide feedback.
Once approved, your tab is published! You can share it on social media and receive ratings and feedback from the UG community.
