Whether you initially purchased your subscription through our iOS or Android app, or directly on our website, you can access it seamlessly on multiple platforms. To do this, simply follow these steps:
Log in to the account that your subscription is associated with. Please note that if you initially signed up using Google, Facebook, or Apple, you should continue to use one of these options to log in.
If You Can't Log In to the App
In some cases, you might find that you were logged out of your account when you purchased a subscription through the iOS or Android app, and it became linked to that specific device. In this scenario, your subscription is accessible only on that particular device. To make your subscription cross-platform and accessible on all your devices, here's what you can do:
Open the mobile app.
Tap on the Account/Profile icon.
Select "Sign up."
Go to settings again and tap "Restore purchases."
