I have a Pro subscription
If you were logged out of your account when you purchased a subscription in the iOS or Android app, it got attached to your device. In this case, you can access Pro only on this device.
Cross-platform subscription
To make your subscription cross-platform:
Open the mobile app.
Tap on the settings icon.
Sign up.
Go to settings again.
Tap Restore purchases.
I have Lifetime Pro
Your Lifetime Pro is similarly attached to one of your accounts or devices.
To restore your Lifetime Pro on your current device:
Go to Settings.
Sign up.
Go to Settings again.
Tap Restore purchases.
If it doesn't help, think of an old email you might have used for your Lifetime Pro account.
