We’re working on a more convenient way to change usernames.
Currently, to change your username, you need to:
Create a new UG account using the Continue with Email option.
Contact us at [email protected] with the usernames and emails for both your old and new accounts.Please attach a receipt of your previous purchase to the mail as a proof of account ownership.
We’ll transfer your subscriptions and Favorites to the new account and delete the old one.
Note: Playlists, IQs, and Shots cannot be transferred to the new account.
