We're working on implementing a more convenient way to change usernames.
Currently, to change your username, you need to:
Create a new UG account using the Continue with Email option.
Contact us at [email protected] with the usernames and emails for both your old and new accounts.
Please attach a receipt of your previous purchase to the mail as proof of account ownership.
We’ll transfer your subscriptions, favorites and contributed tabs (if you have any) to the new account and delete the old one.
Note: Playlists, posts, comments, UG IQs, shots, etc. cannot be transferred to the new account.
