[iOS] How to log in if I forgot my nickname in the UG app?

It seems I haven’t got an account. What can I do?

If you purchased a subscription while logged out, it was tied to your device.

To link it to an account:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Tap Sign Up to create a new account.

  3. Return to Settings.

  4. Tap Restore Purchases.

This will attach your subscription and tabs to your UG account, ensuring you don’t lose access.

What if you’ll log in with the wrong account?

If you’ve purchased a subscription, but it isn’t recognized in the app, please ensure you’re logged into your Pro account. It’s possible you’re currently using a different free account or not logged in at all.
