You’re already in the right place to contact our support team. This knowledge base contains answers to most of the common questions we received so far. So, you can find an answer for your question without waiting for the support agent. There are full manual instructions in the form of our Support page, where you can find detailed guides and answers for almost everything in the app and on the website. We operate every day of the week, from 08:00 to 14:00 GMT+1 (or 03:00 to 10:00 EDT), ensuring consistent support coverage within these hours.

In addition, please note that we do not offer phone support. However, our team is always available via email or in our inner messenger to help you with any questions or issues you may have.

We recommend starting by using the search function on the main page:

If you need help with a specific issue, you can contact our support team directly at [email protected] or use the messenger icon in the bottom-right corner and select “Send us a message.”

You can also reach UG support via direct messages in the app and on the website.

From the mobile app, simply:

  1. Go to Profile (top-right corner)

  2. Open Settings (gear icon in the top-right corner)

  3. Scroll down to the bottom

  4. Tap Contact Support
