You can find the instruments section within the Pro and Official tabs. Here you can switch the instrument and mute/make it audible or adjust the volume of the particular instrument with the slider.

On the website, the instruments section is hidden, and you need to move a cursor to open it:

In the app, you need to tap on the instruments section in the top-right corner, it will be shown with the icon of the instrument:
